Beautiful villa, well located and very well equipped. Delphine was a very welcoming and very responsive host. My family and I had an excellent stay in the heart of a magnificent region.
We had a very nice stay at Delphine's holiday home. The house is ideally designed for 1-2 families and looks like new, especially the versatile outdoor area with a really large pool, and the kitchen makes the heart of every ambitious amateur cook beat faster.
Spacious and practically furnished bungalow villa with a great enclosed outdoor area with carefully maintained garden, pool, covered dining and seating areas and petanque court. Everything looks sleek, clean and new. Perfect for, for example, 2 families. Hostess Delphine provides good welcome and guidance. Had a wonderful week.
We were completely amazed with the beautiful and functional house providing us with fun for the children in the large pool and relaxing home made dinners on the patio. The house matches perfectly the description and all the pictures. The facilities with the four bedrooms suited our family perfect, both us and our oldest daughter could each enjoy a private suite, with a bathroom in our bedrooms. We used the BBQ-grill in the garden and played petanque and relaxed with books in the sun-beds. The kitchen provided everything we needed and was spotless and nice to use. A five-star experience!

Fantastic tranquil house with great privacy and beautiful pool. Well equipped and spacious villa with flexible outdoor space that made our stay effortless. Host Delphine was very responsive and helpful at all times. Villa is very secure and surrounded by a high stone wall and electric gates - which made us feel very secure and gave a great sense of privacy. Good location - 15 mins from Bonifacio and everything you need.
We had an excellent stay at Villa Gioia. An exceptional villa. High-end services (top bedding, exceptional pool, bowling alley, BBQ, etc.). Everything you need on site (towels, soap, kitchen utensils, basic necessities, etc.). Smooth and efficient communication. We will return with great pleasure to this place of fulfillment.

The villa looks even better in real life and is very beautiful as well as private. Everything about our stay at the villa was perfect.
Villa completely in line with the photos. It is very comfortable and has a magnificent kitchen with many amenities; the decor is very nice. Both the terrace and the garden lounge make the outside a real pleasure, plus there's a bowling alley. The pool is large and allows swimming, it has a system to maintain its constant temperature. Very welcoming hosts with a nice basket of Corsican products on arrival. In summary, it was a really very pleasant stay cut off from everything. We will remember for future stays in Corsica!
